For International Delivery Pricing, please contact us for a quote. Please note that you will be responsible for any duties/taxes applicable in your own country upon arrival of the parcel, so please check if these apply to you prior to your order.

Delivery Timing

Print To Order Stationery

Our print to order products include all printed invitations and stationery items in which you supply your wording and information to us and we print it once you have approved the proofs.

Standard timing for print to order stationery is two (2) weeks. However, the timing ultimately depends on how long it takes for you to review and approve your proofs. If many alterations are required, then this will impact the timing.

Print to order stationery is dispatched using Express Post via Australia Post from Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. As we do not have control over Australia Post’s delivery schedules, please allow extra time for delivery.

Samples

Our samples are pre printed and ready to send. As we keep these already printed items in stock, standard timing for sample packs is one (1) week, depending on your location. Most sample packs are posted our within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Sample packs are usually posted via Priority Mail through Australia Post. However, due to current delays in Australia Post delivery, we are sending sample packs as a Domestic Letter with Tracking. Please allow extra time for Australia Post delivery.
